Permission 1. Read phone number and communication information
Method Explanation: When you choose the "One-click Login with Phone Number" method to register and log in to this APP, with your consent, the carrier will provide your current device's phone number to us. Purpose Explanation: To obtain your phone number to use it as your registration login account and to skip password or dynamic verification code checks, providing you with a convenient registration/login service. If you do not wish to use the "One-click Login with Phone Number" feature, you can register/login to this APP using other methods.
Permission 2. Collect phone number/email
Method Explanation: When you choose the "Phone/Email Verification Code Login" method to register/login to this APP, to help you complete the registration/login process, you need to provide your phone number/email. If you use the "Account Password" login method, you need to provide your phone number/email and the FlashLabel Pro APP password information. Purpose Explanation: Collecting your phone number/email is to comply with the legal requirements for real-name network registration. If you refuse to verify the above information, registration/login will fail, and we will not be able to provide you with the core functions of the product/service.
Permission 3. Read third-party platform account information
Method Explanation: When you use a third-party platform account to authorize login, with your authorization, we will obtain the relevant information under the third-party account (including ID, nickname, avatar) and authentication information. Purpose Explanation: To bind your account with this APP, ensure the integrity of account information, and protect your account security, prevent security risks. For more details, please refer to "VII. Third-Party Services and Necessary Related Declarations". If you refuse to authorize this information, you will not be able to log in to this APP using the third-party platform account, but you can complete registration/login using other methods.
Permission 4: Read Device ID
Method Description: When the user opens the APP, with your authorization, we will obtain the current device ID (Android ID/iOS ID). Based on the device ID, we will check if a guest user ID already exists. If it does, we will log in using the existing guest user ID; if not, we will assign a new guest user ID.
Purpose Description: This aims to avoid the system from repeatedly allocating multiple different guest user IDs, which could lead to the loss of guest user data.
Permission 5. Modify or delete content on the storage card, allowing the APP to modify or delete photos, media content, and files on the storage card
Method Explanation: When you preview and print files, this APP will cache the files locally. Purpose Explanation: To save APP-related data and allow users to manage printed history files.
Permission 6. Access location information, including approximate and precise location, allowing the APP to obtain location information based on GPS, base stations, Wi-Fi, and other network sources.
Method Explanation: When you connect the printer, this APP will obtain precise location information. Purpose Explanation: The feature of configuring Wi-Fi networks for some printing devices via Bluetooth requires this permission. If not provided, it will result in the failure to connect to the printer.
Permission 7. Read content on the storage card, including photos, media content, and files.
Method Explanation: When you use the document printing or recent open functions, this APP will read the content on the storage card. Purpose Explanation: To read file data from the storage card for display, management, and printing.
Permission 8. Camera
Method Explanation: When you use the scan to print or take a photo function, this APP will request camera permission. Purpose Explanation: To take photos for printing. If not provided, it will result in the inability to use the scan to print or take photo functions.
Permission 9. Upload printing files to the server
Method Explanation: When you use cloud printing/remote printing, this APP will upload the printing files to the server, which will then send them to your printer for printing. If local network printing/home printing fails, this APP will automatically switch to remote printing to provide you with a smoother printing experience. Purpose Explanation: To enable remote printing. If you refuse to provide this, you will not be able to use the remote printing function.
Permission 10. Bluetooth
Method Explanation: When you use this APP's device connection function, we will request this permission from you. Purpose Explanation: To complete the pairing, connection, and printing functions of the label printer.
Permission 11. Network permission
Method Explanation: When you use this APP, we will request this permission from you. Purpose Explanation: To obtain the latest content and software updates we provide.
Permission 12. Clipboard permission
Method Explanation: When you use the sharing function of this APP, we will request clipboard permission from you. Purpose Explanation: To obtain the sharing information from the clipboard and access the shared content.
Permission 13. Installation list permission
Method Explanation: When you use this APP's database function, we will request the installation list permission from you. Purpose Explanation: To check whether WeChat and QQ are installed to import databases through WeChat and QQ.
(2) Other Information Content Explanation:
a. The personal registration information you provide as required by this APP when you register for an APP account;
b. When you use this APP's network services or visit this APP's web pages, this APP automatically receives and records information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware characteristics, and the web page records you need;

d. Log Information: When you use our services, we collect information about your usage, such as the functions used, the printing devices used, board editing, transaction information, IP address, device identifiers, language settings, duration of stay, date of service access, device version, or other software information used to connect to the service. Device Information: When you use our services, in order to enhance user experience and resolve issues encountered during use, we may record personal common device information provided by the mobile device you use or other programs you use to access our services, including mobile phone model, operating system type, operating system version number, MEID unique device identifier, IMEI, device serial number, installed APP information, device MAC address, and other information describing the basic situation of personal common terminal devices. When you connect to a label printer, we may record hardware-related information such as the printer hardware model to help us solve problems encountered during the use of the functions.
(1) This APP will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless we have obtained your prior permission, or if the third party and this APP (including our associated companies) are providing services to you either individually or jointly.
